I have over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing. As an entrepreneur and sales and marketing leader, I spent the last six years as a senior sales and marketing executive of a medical device company, where I doubled the company's revenue while maintaining a ninety-eight percent customer retention rate.
How did I do it? By developing clear processes for sales and a marketing blueprint, including strategic pricing, distribution networks, and robust sales enablement tools to help the team overcome sales barriers. I was also fanatic about KPI's and hitting them.
I have established relationships and partnerships with industry insiders, GPOs, quality and regulatory consultants, as well as numerous medical device distributors in the US and around the world.
As a seasoned entrepreneur, marketer and sales leader, I understand what it takes to grow a business and drive results. Bootstrapping my own small businesses I've been in the weeds and through them.
I've created, revisioned and launched international, national and regional marketing initiatives for med-devices, SaaS and SMBs within B2B and B2C markets.
